I dont really care how gorey it is but is there any really scary parts.Also which is better gods of war 1 or 2?

No there is no scary parts in God of war 1 or 2. I would say each have their own. I would say there is not a better one. If you like the first one you will like the second.
I think the second one is a little more challenging in puzzles and the bosses are a lot better.
The first one I think has a better story although over all they are both pretty much equal as a game.

i dont know wat u consider scary but the game is really good.
and get both and play #1 first son u understand the story line.
