hello, my freind and i were at the driving range and his rented driver broke. he was not horse playing or anything and they charged him $15 fr the club. they have a sign, but it is not in plain view, nor did they explain their policy upon rental. there are no cameras viewing the range, is he liable to replace the club? i told them that this was just a cost of running a business, but of course they didnt see it my way. i asked for them to mail me a copy of the invoice for them t send it to get it repaired, if they dont send it do we gett the money back?

I suggest that you blow this one off. Nest time inspect all of the clubs you rent for defects prior to accepting them.

take them to small claims court, the sign has to be in plain view, believe me you'll win this one.
