You got Dubya's phrase down pat there.

Why won't you admit that when Bush cites Executive Privelege,he's contradicting a long time Republican argument, which states that Executive Privilege is a smoke screen,a tactic used to avoid sworn testimony.

Or why don't we talk about the claim that Bush doesn't remember any conversations with anybody on the subject, which means that Executive Privilege doesn't apply in a matter in which he was never advised, never even knew existed.

Or the fact that the White House can't seem to find a month's worth of emails concerning this matter, which might be evidence that Bush was well aware of the ongoing dynamics of the affair?

There sort of has to be a trial. If Republicans can get a show trial when a Democrat gets head, then Democrats can certainly have a trial when a Republican lies us into war, gets US soldiers killed, and tramples the Constitution while spying on citizens...

"Show trial" UH? That's like saying the Republicans should have changed their symbol to a leech after the Monica trials. - millions of government spent on a trivial a** trial!

If Bush would allow his staff to testify under oath it would not be a 2 year trial. Bush is turning this into a spectacle.

Bright idea! It is decidely better than the ostrich, representing the Republicans....they should have seen this coming, but doubt their heads were in the sand and not up each others butts!

ABSOLUTELY!

as it would certainly be appropriate to change the GOP's symbol from an elephant to a box of kleenex and a pack of daipers.
