Either Pappacito's or Guadalajara. Cito's is just a little bit thicker. Guad has great empanadas that go great with queso!

Escalantes has very good queso. Cazadores also has very good queso... and flameante as well. La Fiesta's is also pretty good for "old school" queso, far better than Los Tios (and the only good queso there is Memorial at Kirkwood).
I've always found Papasitos to be clumpy and greazzzy. Ninfas is obviously reheated.

Guadalajara's is excellent! Theres a place off 1960 up North called the Casa (Not Casa Ole). I love everything about that place.

El Tiempo on Richmond is always excellent. Mom Alone on Nasa Parkway is also very good.
