Technically its breach of copyright but youtube doesn't really remove them unless the owner of the copyright kicks up a fuss. Currently youtube is being sued by Viacom for copyright infringement.
Some TV channels like CBS and the BBC have their own accounts on youtube and they upload parts of show..

Alot of people upload copyrighted material and YouTube leaves it on unless the copyright owner complains then they have to remove it.

i know i've watched a few things too on youtube that really shouldn't be on there, somethings do get taken out of youtube for copyright so i take it the answer is no, you tube doesn't allow it but it still gets through

i dont know if they are allowed but i would just like to say that the only fools and horses jollyboys outing episode is on youtube so go and watch before it is removed

only if they have an agreement with the copyright holder - they have just signed a deal with the BBC but are also being sued for £1billion by Viacom as they dont have a deal!!!

No.. It isn't. That Warner thing is taking them to court and removing those things and it's becoming a bad place..
