Any way to change the size of a movie in MB?

I need to Change a 333MB to a 100MB please some1 help.

A way to easily achieve this is to use the built-in XP program called "Windows Movie Maker". Just load the video file in there and choose the option to save it for the web, this will automatically compress the file to a smaller size.

The only way to reduce a movie would require reducing the size of color depth or possibly saving ina different format.

I have used a program called videodub that could do this, but I dont kno if it is still available.
