60 kids. if remaining votes were split in half, then first multiply 5 x 2.so 10 x 2 (for popcorn) = 20. there are two thirds left, so multiply 20 x 3. the answer is 60.

10 kids = 1/6 of club
40 kids = 2/3 of club
