other races seem to have no problem inter-racially marrying other races but when it comes to blacks they raise red flag why?
I mean I am not talking about thugs or drug dealers, but decent nice educated blacks...

i don't have a problem I married one.
majority of people that i know don't have problem being in a relationship with Black people.

actually statistics show (looking in my sociology book right now) that all races don't like to marry into each other. Its not just that people don't want to marry blacks, its that blacks don't want to marry other races. My book is telling me that blacks and whites are pretty okay with inter-racial marriage at this point, and most people will refuse to marry somebody from China or Mexico. Sad.

I think too many people ignorantly stereotype blacks. I think even more people still think like their racist grandfathers and great grandfathers who thought blacks weren't human.
I've always dated outside my race though, and my fiance is white/asian so not all people have issues with blacks. It just depends on how you were brought up.

i believe its the way some people are raised and how the society view black people as thugs and criminals even the decent ones.

I was married to one for 12 years, but you're right...a lot of people had a problem with it.

I know plenty of interracial couples of all sorts. I know of no particular problems about blacks.

Because it isn't right. You couldn't pay me enough to marry outside my race. That's my choice and I'm free to decide what I want in life. It's MY life.
