LOL. I was never a person to like baby talk I thought it was STUPID. But my husband talks it to me sometimes and I think it's adorable. Unless I'm PMS'ing and then it gets on my nerves. LOL I don't know why they do it - immaturity a little probably? Or they have a hard time expressing feelings as an "adult" so they mask it with a voice change....who knows?

There is a good, bad and weird answer-
Bad-they think very little of their girlfriend and think of her as a simple minded nobody...a child. someone who need the guys protection and help.
Good-He feels he can let his macho guard down with his girl and act 'baby' like...innocent, sweet, needy...and such.
Weird-he wants to be the 'baby' and be mothered my her
And on top of those...it does make women laugh too.

Hmm, I think its suppose to be cute. Haha, I mean they do call their girlfriends "baby." So you should know why they do baby talks to them.
