Does anyone knows whats wrong with my creative zen..?

I turned it on one day and the screen was blank...I means its just gray and staticy....and I am really concern....Oh and I never droped it in water, and I only dropped it once or twice, and that was along time ago. And I had it since December 12, 2006. So it cant be that old.
