Would you settle for an aswan, as opposed to an aswer? If so, it's in Egypt, under "dam". On a more "serious" note. Once you realize that there truly is no question, you'll have the answer. :))

Doctor Y... Your date and time example is wrong. If I were to go from say Japan to America without major delays, I could answer the exact same time and date twice. While if a man were to ask a woman if she just lost their V card for the first time... That is a different story. Although women can get it back after 2 years of inactivity, it would never be their first time losing it again.

There is no such thing.
Although there are a number of questions that will have any given answer correctly only once ("What is the exact time and date?"), that answer can always be the correct answer to a DIFFERENT question ("What was the correct answer to the last question I asked?").
Thus EVERY answer is right more than once. Sorry.
