Who here wants to help me make a clean submission site?

I would like to make a site where only clean submissions can be submitted
(no swear words, nothing crude, no adult themes ect.)
I want to do this for a place where anybody can go and not have to hope for nothing bad in the movie, so who would like to help?

Just have an extremely strict word filtering system, it should do the trick.
