I think due to the fact that men have a hard time hiding their lust (because it's such a physical reaction) that they are caught "in the act" more than women. I think there are just as many female pervs as there are male. It's just not that apparent.
There's always one *ss hole that spoils it for everyone. That's life.
About the big things, etc....I don't know why it happens that way but there are bad people in the world who have taken advantage of that since year 1. Hitler, for example.

4.because the best way to hide is not really hiding at all! haha my health teacher taught us that. if u try to hide something, people notice. if you act like nothing's wrong, nobody else will notice! and it usually works!
