We live in an apartment complex, on the 2nd floor, and were just wondering if there were some way we could somehow get cable in our apartment without paying. Some people we know have gotten it in their houses, but we can't find anyone who has done it in an apartment! please help!! thanks!

I know some people who have illegal cable in their jail cells. You might want to find out about that since that is where you are going if you try some hair brained scheme to STEAL.

see if your neighbor has it, if they are cool ask them to splice and atleast offer to split the bill
