My Newphew is taking his GCSE's this year, and im wondering, when do they commence? and when should we expect to get the results? generally, that is. (the board is AQA)

GCSEs start just after Easter and finish June/July time. The results are released on the last Thursday in August (regardless of the examing board).

Results in August, exams in may to june, thats what i had last year. The AQA website has the dates of the specific exams on it.

i dont know about specific boards but GCSE's start around May. The results come out in August.

Results come out in the end of August on a Thursday and exams actually start being taken in May

Results are due about the third week of August - always on a thursday the week afte a levels. MFL are underway already with speaking and listening tests. Majority of exams start the week after May 8

hi am doing my GCSE's aswell every school across the country has done 70% already we get the results for those in september then do the last 30% next year in march

some start as early as 17th of may.... the results are out usually about the 20th to 24th august.
