Not anymore. I think they've been found to be illegal.

I can understand. By posting tabs, you are kind of stealing the musician's work: how he plays his instrument. Thankfully, most of the genres you list are very simple. Build up your ear and you can play anything, no tabs required.

It looks like we're down to two choices.

Guitar Pro, or PowerTab. Those files are all over the place, and I haven't had any trouble finding those files.

google the song name with chords and you'll usually find it somewhere... there used to be the old archive but it got torn down for copyright issues.
