dont have a ride 2 pick me up if i would work out after school..help please..

got a couple milk jugs?? fill them up and do your own homemade squats....

do lunges, if you have some weights, do weighted lunges (milk bottles w/ water will work). if you have stairs, go up and down them. Sit against the wall with your thighs parellel to the floor.

Oh, come on. You don't need equipment (please learn to spell). Get down and squat, stand, squat, stand. Over and over. It will tone you butt and legs.
