That's just your part "down there" cleaning itself. Some women have more discharge than others. That's why panty liners were invented.

White, or slightly yellow-tinged vaginal discharge (which is what you have) is entirely normal. It's mostly sloughed off cells from the inside of your vagina. It's not come, but come is vaginal discharge, if that makes sense... your body produces extra lubrication during sex and orgasm to smooth the passage for the penis. The only reason to be concerned is if it's foul-smelling, not clear or white, or accompanied with pain or itching in your crotch regions... these might mean you have a yeast or bacterial infection, both of which are easily treatable by doctors.

Everybody's vagina does this. It keeps everything in there clean, fights off infections, and keeps you comfortable (a dry vagina is *painful*. And *itchy*). There's not much you can do about lessening the amount. It'll probably decrease as you age... it seems like girls often have more in the teen years. You can buy pantiliners (basically thin sanitary napkins) in the pad/tampon aisle at the grocery store. They were invented for just your situation.

It's completely normal. Some girls have more discharge then others. Also, you mentioned that when you had a facial and massage when it happens. That is probably because you are relaxed or you are turned on by the person or what is being done to you. You will usually get this when you are ovulating also. It can not be controlled.

Are you also itchy "down there?" if your vagina has a thick white discharge, and you are itchy (inside and out) you may have a yeast infection. You may also have Chlamydia, which is a different kind of infection that is not itchy but needs medication. If you think this is just from arousal, well, that's no big deal, it's normal. It's also normal for women to have a daily small amount of discharge anyway, like another answerer stated.

If you are worried, see your Gyn. Dr. or go to planned parenthood for an exam to make sure everything's okay "down there."

As a healthcare provider, I would be interested if you experience any itching with it. At times this can indicate a yeast infection. Medication for this can be bought over the counter. Also, as the rest of the people answering are saying: a vaginal discharge in normal to a degree in all women. This is your body cleaning itself...and is not an indication of need for doucne. Also, are you having periods yet? Is this the first fime you've experienced this. I would be happy to answer any questions you have ...you can e-mail me...it's what I do for a living.

Women have discharges for many reasons. I doubt it is what you think. You could have a yeast infection, but unless you're having other symptoms, it probably isn't. It is probably just normal cycle discharge that usually occurs more frequently when you're ovulating - this would be about mid-cycle. Other times of the month, you'll have less.

Well i've gone through it .. and it stopped after I had an ovarian cyst (It is VERY painful) and there is harldy anythong you can do to stop the pain but go to the hospital. Otherwise maybe simple things arouse you. It is very natural.

It's vaginal mucous and it normally corresponds with ovulation or arousal. Every woman experiences this from time to time. You should not worry about it -- just use a panty liner when it is heavy.

its normal why do you think they sell those tiny little pads that are too thin for periods, this white stuff is what helps sperm travel to our tubes to make babies. its called ovulation that is why you get pregnant easier at this time.

As long as this "discharge" is white and odor free, you are fine. if that changes see your gyno
