Maybe you got the winter condition S.A.D. seasonal affected disorder caused from not getting enough light..... many people suffer from this and there is a simple cure! Go buy yourself a light box or high lux bulbs that fit standard light fittings, within a week you will feel better. Or just wait for the sunny weather to come back and be ready for it next winter... Its all about the ammount of light hitting the eyes and the affect this has on mood. Do a search on google to find out more.
Good luck with it and hope you feel better soon.
