The Exorcist. It may be the scariest of all time. I wasn't scared, but it is good.

I would say the Exorcist, Hide and Seek and Dead Silence.
The Exorcist because of the special effects.
Hide and Seek and Dead Silence because I was caught of guard.
Funny thing is, the scene in Child's Play when Chuckie twisted his head in the mother's hand had me spraying popcorn all over the movie theater!

I know that it may not seem it was the scariest, but Signs really had me on edge, especially when the alien walked in the line of the camera at the children's birthday party. Great movie, though, and a great message. M. Night is a master.

Nightmare on Elm Street. Something about Freddy's face and sharp finger blades scare me. Also when I was little, I use to be scared to go to sleep. Psychological thrillers are the best too.

The Ring freaked me out...because of the thing that crawled out of the tv....when I was little I used to think the people could crawl out of the tv so that sorta freaked me out.
I love psychological thrillers so I loved Silence of the Lambs & Hannibal
