Use a Neutrogena moisturizing lotion before applying.

Bare Minerals/Bare Escentuals is great. I used to never know what kind of make up to buy... before Bare Minerals, I used MAC...which was kind of nice, but took longer to apply and Bare Minerals goes on quick, stays on, looks natural and yet it covers up perfect and makes my blemishes disappear.
Just use a small amount of moisturizer before applying it. That is recommended because it will help the make up set properly.
And use night cream when you go to bed so your skin is getting moisturized enough.

The mineral makeup...but not bare minerals. BM uses bismuth in their makeup, which is related to arsenic and very irritating to a lot of women. I like www.everydayminerals.com because it's identical to BM but no bismuth is used. It's less costly too.

iuse bare minerals and i absolutely love it. i have exzema and i break out easily (very strange combination). its very difficult to find foundations what cover naturally, without clogging pores or drying out my skin. Bare Minerals is the absolute best make-up i have ever used. you can use as much or as little as you need for different levels of coverage. its a miracle, and i would never go back to liquid ever again.

I'm a huge fan of Bare Minerals. I recomend it to everyone I know. I can't imagine wearing goopey foundation ever again.
