It is highly unlikely unless there is a factory fire or problems at the manufacturing plant.
There are specials going on now for PS3 so there is good competition. Funnily, the PS3 60GB is listed cheaper then the PS3 20GB console at http://ps3bible.com/Playstation-14210711-Consoles.html
