For what. Theres nothing you can charge them with legally, unfortunately. You can sue him for divorce on grounds of adultery and sue him for everything youre legally entitled but thats about all you can do here, legally. Bound by law not to inform you of illegal ways, but just use your imagination. Good luck

Depending on whether or not your state recognizes the alienation of affection law. Most states do not. If your state does, I know you can sue the other woman for losses suffered during their affair, but only if you can prove YOU lost money, to her, during that time. And you can only sue for what you can prove you lost. Even if your state recognizes that law, it will be hard to get a lawyer to take the case, cuz they are very hard to prove and win. Your best justice or 'revenge' is to let it go, and live a happy better life without them in it. Hold your head up high and make it seem like you are a better person without him than you ever were with him. DONT LET THEM SEE YOU SUFFER.

From what I heard, I think it is possible to take your husband to court for adultery. I'm thinking that the other woman would have to go too. I'm not so sure. Talk to a lawyer about this and see what they say.

It depends upon the laws in your state. In North Carolina, the law states that you may sue the person your spouse cheated with for damages. It is an archaic law, but was recently upheld by the state supreme court. Check the laws in your area to find out for sure.
