I must be old, because I find it amusing that you had to explain what it was (which is a valid thing to do, given the volume of teens and kids here). This was one of my favorite shows growing up. They don't make family sitcoms like this anymore. Mike was cool, and I find it really sweet that Kirk Cameron and Chelsea Noble ended up married in real life (they played boyfriend-girlfriend) on the show, much like Michael J Fox and Tracy Pollan on Family Ties, another classic show!
nomadic, yes, Growing Pains is on DVD. Check Amazon.
I loved Just the Ten of Us too! Cindy was my favorite.

Thatt person is right. They do not make family sitcoms like they use too. Tha twas definitely a classic. Another classic was also who's the Boss. But i grew up with watching growing pains with kirk Cameron too. I also liked how mike would get himself into troubled and then the fun part was how mike would weasel his way out of getting punished. Plus it's also on at 7pm, weeknights on ion television.

Yes, I loved it and miss it! I was the same age as Ben (the youngest brother), I think. And as one of the girls on Full House. I loved Who's the Boss? and Just the Ten of Us too!
Is Growing Pains available on DVD?
