i need a prgram thatll veiw a webpage without entering it?

So i dont get viruses that might be contained in it.

No such thing.

However, there are software like VMWare or MS Virtual Machine, that let you run a "virtual PC" isolated inside of your own PC, so that if anything evil comes through the web, it doesn't go past the virtual PC. When you're done, just delete the restore it back to it's original session and it's as if it never happened.

You need a web proxy i guess :P
