If you mean temp/staffing agencies, they all are full of lies. I registered for about 5 different agencies and not one of them is sending me on assignments except one. One pay rate was really low, so I stopped contacting them. One agency told me that they only had part time jobs. He didn't tell me that I can work there until something full time came along so I stopped as well. One I still call, but I never heard anything from them since January of this year and they were having an open house. Advertise on Craigslist when it is too crowded there.

If you mean a temporary employment agency, I think they suck. If you get sent somewhere then you are stuck there till the agency says. Also, you cannot be hired on permanently without the permission of the agency (they think they own you). Then if that doesn't just suit all, if you do get a job and get hired on, it could take weeks or months before you actually get to the paperwork and you could be reassigned to another company in the meantime. They suck!
