Unfortunately anything that softens the superglue will also soften the plastic of your Macbook. If it were me, I would try scraping the glue off very carefully with a very sharp razor blade knife, being careful to avoid cutting into the Macbook plastic.

Once that is off, you can see if you still need to do more work. You might be able to smooth things out with a fine emory board foam nail shaper and then follow up with 600 and then 1200 grit sandpaper.

I believe that Superglue is the most overblown product on the world. It is messy and for the most part ineffective at repair.

Absolutely nothing ever removes super glue, which is a solvenated anerobic. You are stuck with that stain etching and only a sanding out of the surface will remove it.

You can sand with a very fine fine grit, 2000, or 3000 grit wet paper. Sand it out wet, then polish with polishing compound. It will be invisible.

Automotive paint stores hand such fine grit papers for about $1 a sheet 8.5x11, which is a lifetime supply.

No, and superglur remover won't artwork on something plastic. Superglue isn't glue truly, it dissolves the encompassing cloth and varieties a chemical bond at molecular point. classic glue is in simple terms sticky gunk.

I would try to chip off the access, most solvents will harm it. Try a product called Plastex to repair your plastic. I've never seen it in stores, you'll probably have to buy it from an online source.
