Like when he uses comparisons like in Act 2 scene 2 when Romeo compares Juliet to the Sun, "What light through yonder window breaks? It is the East and Juliet is the Sun!" He uses oxymorons to express Romeo's confusement about Rosaline's love in Act 1 scene 1.
