There are so many different techniques that you can use. And once you plateau you can just take a break for about a week and start new regime.
This is why I'm saying this... people can tell that you're on it too, because your heart pumps more blood, so everything looks swollen, even your face. And since you up your testosterone your body tries to fight it off by producing more estrogen. Then your emotions change, like you go through depression. Oral steroids have even worse side effects. Not to mention you're going to have gastrointestinal problems. It's a life changing substance once you make that choice to take them. Please weigh out the pros and cons before you make any decisions.

Legal steroids are prohormones, aka the watered down version of androsteine (you've heard of it I'm sure).

the only thing I know of that muscle heads use is creatine and massive amounts of protein.
