what happens in the end of the manga book hana- kimi?

who does she end up with (izumi sano or Shuichi Nakatsu)?
what happenes to the one that does not get her?

In the last scene of the manga Sano and Mizuki end up together and they hug as Sano visits Mizuki who moved back to America. Shuichi is working and he still in some what like unrequited love state with Mizuki. Hope this explains the end.
