Congratulations for not being one of the sheep that just do things because others do it. Just because other boys tell you they have had sex does not make them into men. You are probably more of a man because obviously you have made an informed decision. It's not something you need to rush out and do to keep your friends happy. If they are really your friends they will respect your choice not to have had sex yet. You have years ahead of you yet to become a sexual person. Enjoy your youth free from this worry while you can. I admire you. It would be great if more people were like you there would not be so many unwanted pregnancies happening.

Concerned about what, exactly? Concerned about them, yes. Concerned about yourself, not at all. Concerned about sex? Just know that there is no such thing as casual sex, even with the best protection, and that it is nothing close to what either other people or the entertainment industry make it out to be (that's another subject for another time/question).
Other boys lie about that kind of thing in hopes of gaining acceptance and attention by it. They get into trouble with STDs, responsibility for babies, girl problems/issues, hard "break-ups," and legal issues (just to name a few) including ugly charges filed concerning conduct of minors. Let other boys go on talking, and if you wish, even lie about it yourself; no harm in those kinds of lies, but don't go overboard with them. Just be realistic in your expectations and fully aware of the liabilities and limitations of sex.

No. First, many boys lie about this, so don't believe everything they say. And 16 is very young. I suspect if you have 10 friends, each 16 that are saying they had sex, that 9 of them are lying. Just wait, your time will come. 19 is normal.

Not really. A lot of people are not very truthful about what they are doing sexually. Since sexual activity comes with a lot of responsibility (safe sex, etc) and emotional/social consequences, you may want to decide for yourself when, why, and with who you want to have sex. Those people won't be there when you do it so you may want to make sure it's for the right reasons. No one is entitled to know about your personal choices so you can always smile and say "why do you want to know?" and never answer the question... people will reach their own conclusions regardless.

No you should not be concerned about it. You don't have to be like everyone else. Most of them are probley lieing anyhow. Plus with all those STDs out there it is better not to have sex.

You absolutely should not be worried - because between STD's, pregnancy, and the emotional commitment sex has (should have!) you don't need that kind of hassle!
Like someone said - half the guys who are telling you they got laid are lying through their teeth.....it's a guy thing.
