I had a vasectomy that went VERY wrong. My scrotum swelled to the size of a cantaloupe and turned fire-engine red. There was localized fever - so hot you could have fried eggs down there, and I was peeing blood something fierce. I literally crawled around the house on hands and knees it hurt so bad, even though I was full of narcotic painkillers. Yeah, that's definitely the worst pain I've ever had.

I'm not sure if you mean physical or emotional pain, but I'd rather be heart broken than suffer from serious burns. Even 1st degree burns hurt bad enough, but 2nd and 3rd degree burns are unbearable and take a long time to heal.

Toothache. Feel like my whole mouth is on fire. I have yet to experience childbirth but that would probably be the worst.
