The eagles offense should be pretty good. The offensive line is great. Westbrook is a great running back. A lot of it depends on how McNabb's rehab comes along. I don't think they could go better than 8-8 with Feely as a starter. The receivers are pretty good. Not the great group in the NFL but good enough. The Eagles will still have problems on offense until they can get a big power back to complement Westbrook. The offense also needs a balanced playcalling like it had when Garcia was in. McNabb will be less likely to get injured if he isn't passing more than he should be.

Injuries are always pending but even still I don't see the eagles as a major offensive power. McNabb can't come back too healthy after 2 injury ridden season, Stallworth is gone, and the give it to Westbrook every single play game doesn't seem to be working. They need to get some young players and start rebuilding.

It all hinges on McNabb's recovery. The team is good. Donte was expendable, he really did not have a great season. And if he can't stay healthy.

As long as Donovan stays healthy I think the Eagles should be the front runners in the East.

I don't think they will be a bad team, but they certainly won't be a playoff team or an NFC champion contender. After seeing Jeff Garcia's performance, it's proof to me that Donovan McNabb is way overrated. And to think they fired Rush Limbaugh for saying this a few years ago. The man was 100% correct. McNabb is overrated, and only given the credit he's given because he's a black quarterback.

Losing Stallworth to the Pats was huge, and Garcia is gone so they dont have a decent back-up in case Donovan goes down again.

but i still say McNabb will get the offense going next year if he doesnt get hurt, cause Brown is an awesome receiver and Westbrook is a beast.

I really think it will fly this year. the young recievers will be a year older and that O-Line is the best in football. It all hings on how McNabb comes back.

If they get Randy Moss to replace Stallworth and Mcnabb is healthy. Then they will be very good.

they'll be as good as they were this year until mcnabb gets hurt and then they will tank again like this year. thats the pattern every single year for that team.
