What choice does the consumer have these days?

We hate them, the employees probably hate them...

And all because some twonk of a manager is too tight to pay for proper customer service.

Boycott them wherever you can!

Hit and miss, I have had some good ones.

I do resent paying to sort out a problem that was caused by a company.
