If you were gonna fire, Your Boss? How you you wanna tell him or her? Let's just say that you could fire your Boss. Like he or she could you. How would you wanna tell them?

The first December I worked where I work now, a different company bought us & there were layoffs. So our boss calls a meeting after we were supposed to leave for our dinner break. Everyone in my department gathers in the conference room ready to start. My boss finally shows up almost 25 minutes late then he tells us that many people are to be laid off & that our other boss (below him) was going to post a list on a bulletin board & if our name wasn't on it then we were terminated. Then he said if anyone needed to talk his door would be open. (It wasn't. He left!) So, we all go to look at the list like a bunch of people trying out for varsity cheerleading (ick) & because I hadn't worked there as long, my name wasn't on the list. Sort of traumatizing. Oh, & even though we were laid-off, he still wanted us to work through Christmas & were to come back after dinner. Pretty messed up.
On my last day, (a lot of people had quit because they were tired of the place & the people in charge) my boss was frantically calling those he laid off to stay. I agreed to stay, only because the schedule worked with my school schedule. Craziness, eh?
So, in answer to your question, I'd fire him like that. I'd call a meeting, show up late, & make him read on a bulletin board that he was being "let go."

If i could fire my boss i would make him a firing party. And i would tell everyone except him that he was gonna get fired. When we bring out the cake it will say UR FIRED on it. And then we will all celebrate.

My boss is actually VERY cool... some in the past though.. i would just say ... Get the eff out!!!... there's your 5 minutes late from lunch @sshole!!
