Snopes the urban legend tracking site says he is alive and well. To check on scams and urban legends just type snopes and hit go. I find it a great site and a lot of fun.

Yes he is. Sad, as he was on his way home from making a new advert, and got hit by a massive lorry, full of boxes of Frosties. The tragic irony of it.

I did hear about this apparentely he was bullied at school because of the advert and got really depressed and took his own life. Sad if true!

according to my daughter he killed himself because he couldn't take all his school friends singing at him. dont know how true it is though
