Right now, they should be easy to find in video stores. They are the biggest imports after France. Where I go (Videotron, Video Super Choix, Blockbuster), I can find them easily. Of course the selection is pretty simple...Action.
If you mean more drama and chinese movies other than karate, sorry, not a big market.

Is there a " China Town " in your city< perhaps one of their video store may carry it or know someone who does.
Have you ever done a search on E-Bay.?
