A person who, by concealing the death of any person, hinders a discovery of whether or not such person was unlawfully killed is guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be punished by not less than one or more than ten years in prison.

I'd think it would be - along with concealing a body and tampering with evidence. Upholding impending investigation.

Now this is something I've never thought about. I'd think if you found one you'd report it. Think of the poor family that is wondering what happened or where their loved one is.

i am not sure if this is a real question, but if it is... doesnt your mind tell you... that the dead body is someones loved one, and they deserve the respect of a proper burial and their loved ones can begin to grieve properly...
imagine if it was your loved one that someone found dead, and then never reported it.

use your brain on this one.
