I know it isn't here, but Emily Rene sounds good. Especially if your friend wants 'Rene'.
And as for georgeous_girl808, 'Miley' is not just based on Miley Cyrus/Smiley. In Hawaii, Maile (pronounced the same as Miley) is a very popular name, as it is a type of Hawaiian flower.

I love the name Miley but I would consider spelling it Mylee Or Milee Just because they are different. Rene is very pretty .Congrats and Good luck .

Miley Rene cause Miley is not common. So every other kid don't have that name. ( I like names you can shorten) If I every had a girl ( have two boys) I was going to name her after my grandmother Clara Elizabeth.

Kristin Brooke is beautiful. I love it. I also love Miley Rene though. I think both are lovely and that she will be able to grow into them, without naming her "Mary". Very good choices, but those are my favorites!
