You can get a FireFox plugin that lets you download files off of Youtube and other sites like it. You'll have to convert the file format into a avi file, then convert that file to a dvd file which you can then burn to a blank dvd.
The FireFox plugin is called "Download Helper".

there are several gizmos floating around the web now - you just simply have to look. If you have looked on google and such, go to a hacker site *hacker makes stuff, crackers crack stuff DO NOT GET THEM MIXED UP* and a program will be there. If you do download, put into a separate file from all other important things and scan it before you consider using it because, like everything on the net, there is a chance it is a phony. Either that or get a program from a trusted source. I do not recommend, or condone "stealing" youtube videos, as it is illegal.
