You really should go to the doctor. Untreated urinary tract infections can morph into much more unpleasant things, like full-out kidney infections. Antibiotics *are* the typical treatment, but it's usually just a quick course (three days the last time I had one).

The fact that you've got chronic and recurrent UTIs should be mentioned to your doc. In some cases physical abnormalities can make you prone to them.

In the mean time, avoid citrus juices and caffeine, try putting a heating pad over your abdomen if you have pain, and keep on with the water-drinking.

Cranberry Juice is helping to preclude them. But for those who've by no means been to the Dr. approximately them, how have you learnt you are now not mis-diagnosing your self? It might be whatever a long way extreme that demands awareness. Antibiotics are the one approach to healing and rid your self of those for well. You must move to the Dr. with a view to healing it, otherwise you'll be able to need to reside with it for the leisure of your lifestyles, and it might be simply dumb to reside with it considering there may be this kind of useful resollution. Go to the Doctor!
