No, i didn't bother. I weighed the odds of an attack where i live, versus my personal freedom and peace of mind. I truly didn't believe there was enough risk to warrant it. But i do keep stock of things that i might need in case of natural disaster, or power outages. Luckily i turned out to be right.

No because by the time after 9/11 security was so tight there was no need for it.
