I use Acuvue Oasys contacts.

Why do I like them? They let a lot of oxygen into your eyes, so if you forget to take them out and sleep in them one or two nights a week, you're not damaging your eyes.

They're extremely comfortable, disposable (ALWAYS a bonus), and are available in almost any strength.

If you go this route, be prepared that they aren't cheap (they average $26/box of 6 lenses). However, if you go to www.lens.com you can get them for about $20 a box... that's where I get mine from.

Hope that helps!

I recommend Biomedics soft contacts or Accuvue Oasis.

Biomedics were good. I can wear Accuvue for over 8 hours.

Didn't care for Ciba Optix2. They felt weird & didn't correct my vision as the other 2 brands I recommend.

Didn't like all purpose cleaning solutions. Left me w/ dry irritated eyes. I use AOSept & have been much happier.

u should go to an optometrist he/she will probably tell you which ones are good besides you have 2 get an eye exam and they have 2 teach you how to clean them and all that stuff

acuvue is good, just make sure you keep the contacts moisturized in a good solution and if you are thinking about color contacts, that would be better because they are much easier to find if you drop them... you can get them in a color pretty close to your own eyeshade or a different color... good luck...
