I was sort of screwed from the beginning, my mother insisted on me going to the seventh grade although I belonged in the ninth. Now I'm wondering when California can legaly kick you out of school.

In my state (TN), they can legally kick you out when you're 18 and have I think 5 unexcused absences in a row. CA may be different, I don't know. As long as you're attending, it would be unwise for any state to kick you out...even if you're still there at age 21.

Uh... why did you supposedly belong in the 9th?
