How does your period come on the first of every month? That would mean that you have a 28, 30 and a 31 day cycle...perhaps you are just irregular and therefore not needing to panic.
How long ago did you test? If it was a couple of weeks ago, it may have been too early and you can test again- but remember that false negatives are common- if you need to definitely know, get an ultrasound done.
But, you might be giving yourself pregnancy symptoms by thinking you might be pregnant.
Relax, and see if that makes a difference.

Well missing a period does not always mean pregnancy, see more information here http://www.ladiesplace.net/community - check out under ladies health.
However it is very possible and not have a positive HPT!!! I had a girlfriend that was 3 mos preggers sitting in her docs office and took a pee test and it was still negative!!! So you need to get a different style test, different name brand - Walmarts are very good- and if that too comes out negative then you need to schedule an appt with your ob, they will first do a sonogram to see if they see anything then they will do a blood test to read your HCG level!
Best of luck, it does sound hopeful that you are most definitely preggers.

there is a possibility that you are not pregnant but given the symptoms you are having i would say that you are.
sometimes the tests will come up negetive but you are pregnant. sometimes it helps to have the test done with your blood. it is how my sister found out she was pregnant when the tests kept coming back neg. also. go to your doctor and explain what is happening they will be more then happy to perform the test for you. otherwise you could wait longer and hope that if finally shows up.

You probably aren't pregnant, but if your period doesn't come soon, you might want to talk to your doctor about what is causing it to stay away. It could be stress, it could be that you just didn't have enough hormones to trigger your period to come. It's also possible that you are pregnant but your body hasn't passed the hormones through your pee for whatever reason. A simple blood test can rule it out.

Um.....get tested by a clinic!! Home pregnancy tests are not always accurate. Spotting could be a sign of pregnancy. So go to a clinic when you have the chance.

well these are some sympthoms of pregnancy..though you might be late because of these reasons too:
youve been stressing out and too nervous lately
your food habits are bad - youre on a hard diet
these are some reasons why your not having your period, but i would take another test just in case..

Back aches and cramps at three weeks....Hmmm
Anyway, it is clearly time to see a doctor. She can do a blood test and look at other factors that may be effecting your cycle.
PS No more unprotected sex.

i means that you are normal. take another test in a few days. if it is still negative, find a doctor and see if you have a kidney or bladder infection. have you changed your diet or routine? stress? all of these have an affect on your period.

Are your periods normally regular? If not, it might be normal for you to miss one. The stress can cause you to feel the rest of the symptoms.
