each one of you need your own profile setup so when you start up you each login to different accts. then you setup outlook express in each profile for whoever will be using that one. Three logins - three emails. If you only have one login you can setup many accts to receive but you can only send with one.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

Go to tools > Accounts > Add (Mail) and enter the account details and pop server addresses. If you need the pop details your provider will have then on the help pages for their service
