nope.. it would go into overtime and the longest overtime was on January 6,1951 between the Indianapolis Olympians and the Rochester Royals, It took 6 Overtimes to decide the final score of 75-73, Indianapolis. Surprisingly, this game lasted 78 minutes on the game clock but about 4 hours in real life.

There has never been a draw in a basketball game because a basketball game can't end in a tie unlike other pansy sports that end even if they are tied.

draw is only when the score is a tie in the scorecards and does not imply what you want. draw will be tie. if the gam.e is not done and the fans is already living. the arena already. so the game will be drawed.

well no, but during the pacers-pistons brawl, the game ended when there was still time left in regulation, becuase it was a dangerous fight, so they ended the game
