in chemistry class im doing different types of energy. i need a specific type for electrical, mechanical, nuclear, radiant and thermal, and state how can it be obtained, how can it be used and how can it be transferred.

i have already done one for chemical, i used gasoline, it can be obtained by pumping it out of the ground, it can be used to run cars, and it can be transferred by force and motion

thanks

Gasoline is not pumped out of the ground. It is refined from the crude oil that is obtained from wells, most of which we get from the Middle East. We alo do cracking to get more gasoline from the oil. It runs an internal combustion engine using gears to turn wheels and move the car.

Nuclear energy can be used in the form of fission (splitting atoms) to create heat to boil water to make steam to drive a turbine to generate electricity

Radient energy from the sun can be used to heat things, or through photoelectric cells to generate electricity

You do the rest

Electrical energy can be generated from mechanical energy using turbines (like with hydro-electric energy). We use this to power many household objects.

All energy comes from other energy, we just have to convert it...

We make thermal energy (heat), from the chemical energy that we eat,..
