im sorry but i dont think its a good gift. some people take that stuff seriusly and you might get her confused. STick to a doll or a board game. she'll probably have more fun with that anyway.

I think it kinda just depends on the parents of the girl, I've never even heard of an ORB, but if anything you can just say its like a 8 ball and its as a gag gift, but I would be kinda cautious about giving these kinda gifts to someones child.

If it is what I believe it is......an answer shows up in a window? Then it is very much a fun toy. I once asked an Eight Ball of that type if it told the truth. Its answer was "maybe."

I wouldn't want someone to give this to my daughter for her birthday. Buy a gift card to the movies or jewelry.
