I assume you mean a C++ compiler. Anyways, it depends on your platform, and the compiler you would like. If you are using windows, I would reccomend visual c++. Just search engine it, its on microsoft site or something like that. probly msdn

gnu c/c++ is included in practically every Linux distribution, and also available for Mac, Widnows and other platforms. www.gnu.org
